Most problems come with an answer already attached.
Every field has its standard fix. The tool everyone buys. The process everyone follows. The compromise everyone has stopped noticing. It works just well enough that nobody asks whether it was ever the right question.
So the real problem stays where it is.
You get a bigger version of the same tool. A dashboard on top of the dashboard. Another year of the thing you'd stopped noticing. None of it is anyone's fault. All of it is a question nobody asked properly.
A novel answer, not a familiar one.
Strip a problem back to what's actually true and a different kind of answer shows up. Smaller, usually. Quieter. One that changes what you do without telling you what to do. The decision stays yours.
First principles, then a quiet tool.
Each product is the answer to one what-if, asked without the assumptions everyone else inherited. We build the smallest honest version of it, meticulously, and get out of the way. No lectures. Nothing you have to babysit.
One answer so far.
My Hours Back is our first: what if the cost of every meeting were visible while it happened? It's in beta. There are more questions on the bench, in domains that have nothing to do with meetings, and we'll tell you about each one the moment it's an answer.
Not every answer looks the same.
Some of what we build will measure something nobody had measured. Some will do something else entirely. What they share is the posture: a what-if nobody constrained, an honest answer, and a tool quiet enough that the change is yours, not ours.
